Since 2023, under my management, UpLab has consolidated itself as one of the main connection platforms between deeptech startups and the industry , delivering exponential growth and practical results for companies and entrepreneurs.

UpLab SENAI-SP has established itself as one of the main players in the innovation ecosystem in the state of São Paulo.
Under my leadership, we structured the Startup Calls program, connecting industries with technological solutions and enabling investments that already total more than R$10 million.
We established an unprecedented partnership network with 12 investment funds , expanding startups' access to capital and market acceleration. The selected startups demonstrated consistent growth, with average revenue growth of 85% and over
R$17 million in contracts signed with large companies.
